PASOSafe™ is a volunteer-based community safety initiative launched by Paso Robles - based Safe America Movement, LLC (SAM4USA). Our mission is to help create results-based community safety priorities and support all safety programs through interconnected services: Training, Resources, Philanthropy and Outreach.
PASOSafe™ features community events, such as SafetyFest, to showcase safety experts in the community and inspire participation from all citizens. Through a broad-based Advisory Council, PASOSafe™ will evolve to create programs that will help make Paso Robles the safest, most vibrant town in the Country. Here are our initial goals:
The PASOSafe™ team is devoted to creating and managing community outreach programs supporting pre-determined goals. For example, we are managing outreach supporting North SLO County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) efforts to recruit and train volunteers and share emergency and disaster safety preparedness resources to our community. CERT’s mission is to educate volunteers about disaster preparedness for the hazards that may impact our community and trains them in basic disaster response skills.
PASOSafe™ through a corpse of volunteers, will create fundraising campaigns for approved organizations in the community. The Advisory Council will evolve fundraising priorities and selection criteria.
PASOSafe™ currently prioritizes philanthropy efforts that increase the capacity and effectiveness of existing nonprofit and service organizations demonstrating exceptional service to the community and the ability to collaborate with citizens, municipal services and private organizations for community safety.
100% of the PASOSafe™ SafetyFest event proceeds support North SLO County Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) and Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association. N. SLO County CERT is a public beneficiary program (sponsored by Paso Robles Fire & Emergency Services) that educates volunteers about disaster preparedness for the hazards that may impact our community and trains them in basic disaster response skills. Event proceeds will also support the Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association's (a non-profit 501(c)3 organization) mission of restoration and preservation in downtown.
Promote safety while supporting a good cause. Event proceeds support the North SLO Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
SafetyFest exhibit spaces are available. Safety-related organizations and businesses are encouraged to submit an exhibitor application to promote safety in our community.

SafetyFest volunteers have the opportunity to learn new skills from professionals & meet others in the community, while supporting CERT.
